Governance Lab is an executive simulation and training environment. Scenarios, governance receipts, and outputs are illustrative and do not constitute clinical, legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. Do not rely on Governance Lab outputs to make patient-care decisions.

You will not upload Protected Health Information (PHI), patient identifiers, or other confidential information into any Governance Lab field. You will not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the platform, and you will not use it to harass or impersonate others. See the Privacy Policy for the data-handling counterpart.

Governance Lab™, the Governance Crest, scenario library, and Governance Receipt format are the intellectual property of Governance Lab. Organizational subscribers receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the platform for internal leadership development.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Governance Lab disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Governance Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
